Waves and Bones premiered at the Newcastle Poetry Festival 2018 Newcastle Poetry Festival 2018 and is a visual response by Phyllis Christopher to the poetry of Linda Anderson, John Challis, Christy Ducker, Linda France, Cynthia Fuller, Kris Johnson, Peter Hebden, Lisa Matthews, Theresa Munoz, and David Spittle who visited sites on the Northumbrian coast to be inspired by relics and stories of pilgrimage.
