Competition Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Audika Australia Pty. Ltd (ABN 40 061 969 006) of Level 5, 11 Khartoum Road, North Ryde NSW 2113. Competition Period: 22 April to 31 May 2024. Entry: Be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to be eligible to enter this competition and Frequent Flyer membership details must be provided at the time of your appointment; book and attend, during the Competition Period, a screening, test, or any other appointment with a clinician at an Audika Clinic, and answer (25 words or less) “how does loving your ears and hearing clearly help you on holidays?”. Response forms will be provided during the appointment; clients must return the completed form to clinic staff. Clinic staff will post all submissions to Audika Australia at the conclusion of the promotional period. A panel of judges will review all submissions in accordance with sections 8-15 Selecting the Winners. Entries must be completed at the conclusion of the appointment. Late entries will not be accepted. Selecting the winner: The Eligible Entrant from each Entrant Location (NSW and ACT; QLD; VIC and TAS; SA and NT; and WA) with the most creative, original and relevant answer will win a prize. There will be a total of five (5) Winners. Each Winner will win a prize of Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) Qantas Points. Frequent Flyer membership details must be provided at the time of appointment to be eligible. Winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the selection panel meeting to select the winners. Winners will be published at audika.com.au by 11 June 2024.
