Gail Ingis is the author of two historical romance novels, The Memorable Mrs. Dempsey (formerly Indigo Sky) and The Unforgettable Miss Baldwin. Brooklyn born, look for her forthcoming memoir, "More Than One Life." She is a retired member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Gail founded the Interior Design Institute (IDI) in 1981 and later merged it with Berkeley College. Besides her design work, she served the academic community as a professor in the arts, interior design, and history of architecture and design.
