About this ebook

"An intelligently written, sexy, feel-good romance that packs an emotional punch"--USA Today

"A sexy, powerful man in a suit...I was hooked!"--A.L. Jackson, NYT & USA Today Bestselling Author

It’s my first day at a new job, and my blouse is soaked with iced coffee. And that stranger in a sexy suit who’d been flirting with me seconds ago? He’s now chewing me out. In front of an entire café. For a collision he caused.

So I shouldn’t be surprised when the “sexy suit” turns out to be Sebastian Quinn—infamous bad boy of New York publishing and the boss at my new job. Except he has no idea I’m being brought in to take over.

Judging by Sebastian's brooding stare from across an office he now has to share, I don’t think he wants my help. But he definitely needs it, considering his reputation is responsible for this mess.

And I need this job. So I don’t care how hard he tries to make me squirm. Or that he’s even more attractive than legend has it. I was hired to clean up his mistakes, not his coffee. But to fix the problem, I’ll have to start at the top—with the suit-wearing bad boy himself. And I won't let anything stop me…not even our inconvenient attraction.

4 STARS FOR SEBASTAIN AND GEORGINA!! Wonderful story for that time you need a pick me up. This story had me feeling all the emotions smiling like crazy, laughing, mad, sad and full of love. Sebastian is that hot bad boy and Georgina is that beautiful sweet girl that everyone takes advantage of. These two have a great sexy story to tell you and you definitely need to listen to them. This story is on the softer side from this authors normal angsty side books.

Jessica has done a complete 180 from her previous work. Right Where I Want You is an entertaining enemy to lover’s romance that will have you smiling and swooning every step of the way. Georgina Keller knows how to command a boardroom, but wishes that her quick wit at work would cross over into her everyday life. She’s self-conscience and unsure of herself when she’s not in “work mode” and the mask she wears is beginning to weigh on her when she meets Sebastian Quinn. Sebastian has a reputation, one that Georgina has no interest in entertaining. She’s completely on task when she’s working with him and won’t back down to his jabs and pushy ways. Their quick, witty banter is fun, and neither is willing to back down from a challenge. The tension between them is hot and the sexual tension between them builds at a perfect pace. They’re both hiding behind a mask, a perception they want to portray to remain successful. Jessica does a great job of peeling those layers away as Sebastian and Georgina get to know one another in an honest and sincere way. It takes time, it takes nurturing and taking this journey with them was a sweet reward. The secondary characters give this sweet romance a fun, laugh out loud vibe that will put a smile on your face. They don’t detract from the story but give it a lighthearted feel that is great. Jessica’s writing, her ability to engage you in this romance is not something you want to miss!

This might be a case of it's not you, it's me... but I unfortunately struggled through this book. When I think of Jessica Hawkins' books, I think of immediate gut punches of emotions and angst to the max. This book had none of that and I barely felt any emotion from the characters at all. I'm not sure if it was the pacing of the story, not being able to connect with the heroine, or the overuse of the ex being mentioned, but it did not hold my attention and I was able to easily put it down and walk away. The saving grace for me was Sebastian. I appreciated his POV chapters. I have LOVED everything this author has previously written, but this book was not for me. I will continue to read this author in hopes of her reclaiming her Queen of Angst title.
