This 45-minute webinar (3.30-4.15pm) is for school or college staff who want to know more about the new Pathway Planner triage tool. Developed by Careerpilot with funding from a bid to the CEC, the Pathway Planner will allow staff to prioritise personal guidance, and help schools / colleges meet Gatsby 3.   

By the end of this session, attendees will know: 

  • What the Careerpilot Pathway Planner tool is
  • How the Pathway Planner can be used with students to prioritise personal guidance
  • How to use the Pathway Planner to run off reports of student choices to inform guidance conversations / interventions
  • How using the Pathway Planner can support schools / colleges meet the Gatsby Benchmarks
  • How to apply for access to the Pathway Planner

The Western Vocational Progression Consortium (WVPC) is a consortium of higher education institutions in the South of England.

The WVPC aims to increase the progression of adults and young people to higher level study through providing online, impartial information and support on the many routes to higher level study. Online support is provided through two, free to use websites:

The websites are funded through subscriptions from twenty universities and six National Collaborative Outreach Programmes (NCOPs) across the South of England.
