We need more defibrillators in the UK! For every minute it takes for a defibrillator to reach someone and deliver a shock, their chances of survival reduce by up to 10%!  In an emergency, these save lives (as shown on 12th june with Christian Eriksen for example). Many local communities, businesses and not for profit organisations raise money to supply defibrillators, ensuring if needed one of these expensive items is available in an emergency. I would like to see VAT removed on these items meaning they will be 20% cheaper, thereby allowing more accessibility and lowering the cost of purchase. A typical defibrillator costs £1,000 and thereby this simple change will save around £200 per machine!

If VAT was removed. I believe it would make acquiring these machines more affordable, ensuring more provision for everyone!
