At the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships garnered All-American status with a fifth place finish thanks to a mark of 20.39m (66' 10.75") the sixth best in school history ... Competed at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the discus and hammer throw winning both events ... In the discus Barton had a new personal best mark of 56.25m (184' 6") and in the hammer throw had a mark of 62.48m (205' 0") ... Competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the discus and hammer throw earning All-American honors in both ... In the hammer throw Barton finished fourth with a mark of 63.38m (207' 11") the ninth best in school history and in the discus finished fifth with a mark of 54.09m (177' 5").
2021: Competed at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the weight throw finishing second with a throw of 19.50m (63' 11.75") ... Competed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships narrowly missed out on All-American honors finishing ninth with a throw of 19.23m (63' 1.25") ... Competed at the MIAA Outdoor Championships in the discus and hammer throw while also running in the 4x100 meter relay ... Finished second in the discus throw with a mark of 54.87m (180' 0") ... At the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships competed in the discus throw finishing 14th.
