Register for an Open Body-Based Resiliency Session
Living Yoga's 'Body-Based Resiliency' is an online 90-minute immersive and practice-oriented group class that focuses on how to cope with stress, overwhelm, and trauma through mind-body movements that down-regulate the nervous system.
Typically, 'Body-Based Resiliency' will only be available for group purchase. However, we are holding two open sessions to serve individuals at this time, and promote this new offering to a wider audience.
**The suggested donation for an open session is $50. Living Yoga volunteers may attend for free. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
