It would be nice to add a new paragraph explaining why the expression “Content Information” used in the original issue (CCSDS 652.0-M-1) was changed to the new expression “Content Data Object” in some places and not in others in the current draft update.
We could ADD to the Document Control table for the current issue that "Some changes to terminology in the updated OAIS have given rise to some additional changes in this document" Also insert before the last paragraph in section 1.5.2 Terminology: "To be consistent with the updates to OAIS, which are contemporaneous with the update to this document, in some places the term Content Information has been changed to Content Data or Content Data Object. Content Information is made up of the Content Data Object plus its Representation Information."

At the very least there should be an explanation of WHY the changes were made. I can't remember what the final version of OAIS had as justification for this change. If it offers an adequate justification for the changes (I still do not understand why the change was needed), we could include a reference to that section of OAIS in 16363.

I don't think we have to explain the change in OAIS. The point is that the change was made in OAIS and this has implications for this document.
