From Projects to Strategies.

To help participants make use of international activities & cooperation & make them more structurally anchored in their organisation. To ensure that a project is not something organisations implement randomly but that international work is a well-considered way to achieve their objectives and create added value.

Objectives:

• Participants will gain a better understanding of opportunitiesthat exist within the new European programmes and theemphasis on vision and longer-term strategy in a number ofprogramme actions.

• Participants will be able to develop a long-term strategy fortheir organisations and will learn how to link strategies toactivities in the programmes and vice versa.

• Participants will gain insight into the relationship between project results and creating impact within their organization andthe realization of organizational and programme goals.

• The participants will get insights that will help them tostrategically plan, prepare and implement and execute projects.

Target Group:

- KA1 Youth Project Managers representing KA1 accredited organisations,

- Project Managers/ representatives of Lead organisations with a Quality Label, 

- Organisations interested in obtainining either KA1 Erasmus+ accreditation or a Quality Label, 

Format of the Activity:

The Activity is will take a blended approach to its' programme with the main activity to take place in residential format in Malta between the 30th of November 2022 and the 02nd of December 2022, with an arrival date on the 29th November 2022 and a departure date on the 03rd December 2022. Additionally there will be an online session in preparation for the residential activity, to be held on the 07th of November 2022. Selected participants will be obliged to attend for both parts of the activity.
