Global investors

Atlas Capital Markets (“ACM”) is an investment fund based in London, founded in 2012 by Mustapha Raddi.

In 2016 Atlas Capital Markets created joint venture investment vehicles Atlas Special Opportunities LLC (“ASO”) and Arena Structured Private Investment (“ASPI”) with Arena Investors LP, based out of New York with $4 billion under management.

Arena was founded by Dan Zwirn in 2015 and is managed by a team of experienced professionals that has originated structured and managed over $10bn in special situation financing and asset-orientated investments globally.

ACM takes pride in the relationship fostered with each portfolio company and the added value we bring in expertise and strategic introductions in addition to our invested capital.

ACM’s management has decades of experience and has executed numerous deals across the world successfully.

Since inception in 2012, ACM has committed over $700 million into investments that typically range from $5 to $50 million.

We tend to be credit-oriented, but besides being a lender, we are comfortable purchasing an asset or equity or serving as a merchant partner in facilitating a transaction between two parties.

Our goal is to assist individuals, corporations, and asset owners in achieving their goals.

Mustapha Raddi

Founding Managing Partner

Mustapha Raddi is the Founding Managing Partner of Atlas Capital Markets. Since inception in late 2012 Atlas has committed over 700M USD Prior to founding ACM, Mustapha was a vice president at the Global Emerging Markets Group in Paris, a USD 3.4 billion alternative investment group, where he set up the Paris desk and was responsible for sourcing, structuring and monitoring public and private Investments.

He has an extensive experience worldwide, he structured and executed investments for over 900 million USD in Europe and Asia over the last 12 years. Prior to GEM he was a sell side analyst on pan European equities at Vantage Capital Markets in London. Mustapha holds a master’s degree in finance from the Management School of Paris.

Sam Raslan

Managing Director

Sam Raslan joined Atlas Capital Markets in 2020, Prior to ACM , Sam was involved in proprietary data analytics and algorithmic modelling for sporting events. Prior to that he was working at an institutional investment consulting firm in Canada that was later acquired by Pavilion Global Markets. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from CASS business school where he graduated with distinction.

Laurent Faugerolas

Senior Adviser

Laurent is a senior advisor at ACM. He spent most of this career before as a Member of the Paris Bar.

As a Lawyer, he specialized in takeover bids, M&A (with a focus in Oil & Gas), capital markets and global offerings. He has been a Partner with Willkie Farr (where he was Co-Managing Partner of the Paris Office and member of the worldwide Business committee), Weil Gotshal and Dechert (in London and Paris, for the latter)..

Laurent Faugérolas has authored numerous articles on company law and corporate finance, including “Les Offres Publiques” (Takeover Bids), a book he published jointly with Professeur Thierry Bonneau (Panthéon-Assas), EFE éd. 1999. He is a member of the editorial board of “Bulletin Joly Bourse et Produits Financiers”, the French prestigious review on Financial Law.

Laurent Faugérolas received a PhD from the University of Law of Bordeaux in 1988 (thesis Magna cum laude, published in 1989) and graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Bordeaux, in 1982, and HEC (MBA, 1986).
