The Gaulitanus Choir is a mixed choir officially founded in 1990 as Gozo’s only choir not affiliated to a parish or theatre. Performing an extensive and versatili repertoire – whether secular or sacred, operatic or chamber – it has been quite innovative in presenting light and semi-classical works – whether Neapolitan song or Maltese folk, operetta or musical theatre.

Gaulitana: A Festival of Music is an annual springtime international festival organized by the Gaulitanus Choir. A multifarious programme of events – whether opera, musical theatre, instrumental, vocal, classical or semi-classical – is presented in various venues around Gozo, together with an intensive educational programme.
Gaulitana is supported by the Gozo Cultural Support Programme of Arts Council Malta in collaboration with the Gozo Ministry.
