legal strategies

OUR MISSION

We work with affected communities to pursue innovative legal actions across borders to challenge powerful actors involved in human rights violations and systemic injustice.

On 9th April 2024 the European Court of Human Rights ruled on three climate cases and issued a landmark ruling in the case brought by a group of Senior Swiss Women against Switzerland, which was linked to ours. Its ruling is unequivocal that government failure to rapidly cut emissions is a violation of human rights.

We’re challenging injustice.
