Open Water Swim Season News

Open Water Swimming will start when the temperature on-course reaches 11C. It is currently 6.5C (as of 8th April 2024). We are anticipating that this will be either the last Sunday in April or first Sunday in May. Please keep on eye on the Activities; Open Water Swimming Page for booking to open. We will do this as soon as we're confident it will hit temperature for our first session. Not long to wait now!!

Sports & Fitness Options

You can now book Treadmill Run/Walk, Pool Video Technique, Sports Conditioning and Kettlebells with Mary and various triathlon workshop options. All current Fitness & Sports options are on EOLA. Just have a look under the Activities tab for info and direct links to book.

Winter activities for Older & Clinically Vulnerable

We had a wonderful Summer of classes on the Rainbow Trail and Buttercup gym, and the parasols will soon emerge from their vinyl covers for the new outside season. We currently have 25 weekly classes running in the studio with seated, standing and active options throughout the week. Just go to the Activities tab and follow the link "Classes for older and clinically vulnerable clients" for more information. Please bear with us; we are receiving a HUGE amount of requests to join and will respond to you as quickly as we can.
