What is Sunday Baroque
Sunday Baroque is a weekly radio program that showcases music composed in the baroque era (1600-1750) and the years leading up to it. Sunday Baroque features music by a wide range of composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel and Antonio Vivaldi, who were the “big names” of the baroque era, in addition to their many talented but less well known contemporaries.

Suzanne Bona
Suzanne Bona is the host and executive producer of Sunday Baroque, a syndicated weekly radio show of Baroque and early music. She originated the program in 1987 on WSHU Public Radio in her hometown of Fairfield, CT. Sunday Baroque has been distributed nationally since 1998, and is currently heard by more than 400,000 listeners every week on approximately 270 public radio stations and networks across the United States.
