Nnic announces highly anticipated Dublin headline show in Whelan’s
Dublin native Naoise Nic aka ‘Nnic’ is an exciting female solo artist with a neo-soul /electronic edge. With over 10 years of classical vocal training under her belt, Nnic’s sound and writing passion brings a mixture of ballad-like melodies, with fresh electronic sampling. Her debut single, ‘Pillars’ has amounted 500,000 Spotify streams since its August’18 release. Pillars was written “from a place of admiration for women who selflessly support and uplift others”.
Through the success of ‘Pillars’ and the follow on single ‘8th Wonder’, Nnic has received national radio support from BBC, Radio X, Today FM, 2FM and online press from tastemakers such as Nialler9,The Last Mixtape and Hotpress magazine.
Nnic will play Upstairs Whelan’s on Thursday May 30th with tickets from €11.80 incl booking fee on sale Friday 22nd February at 9am from Ticketmaster
