Managing Stress
 
November 2nd – 6th is International Stress Awareness week and couldn’t come at a better time as we grapple with continued uncertainty.
 
To mark the week, RCS is delivering a free one-hour webinar on Wed 4th November, which will look at how to reduce the impact of stress in the workplace, and offer tips and tools for supporting staff wellbeing and resilience.
 
The session explores the key causes of workplace stress, ways to develop stress reduction plans and support employees experiencing stress, plus strategies to prevent future stressors. Attendees can register for a free stress toolkit for their workplace, including: stress reduction fliers, relaxation techniques, employee stress reduction tool and more.
 
This webinar is delivered by RCS through the In-Work Support Service which also provides free wellbeing support and one-to-one therapies for employed and self-employed people, and supports SME businesses to improve wellbeing in the workplace.

With nearly 100 new jobs for unemployed young people in the pipeline, our scheme is getting off to a great start.
