The sessions will provide an overview of what is expected from your SCR.
Description
This session will also :
- update you on any changes that have recently been implemented to the SCR and ensure understanding (Portability, Prohibition, CDR, overseas declaration/EU exit)
- outline recruitment best practice in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and how to record this on your SCR in line with Ofsted audits
- cover safer recruitment procedures and provide relevant advice around risk assessments
- provide advice on Right To Work (RTW), including legislation governing the employment of migrant workers
- give you the opportunity to ask questions
Booking Information
Delivered via Microsoft Teams - an invite will be sent closer to the event. Start/End Time: 10-11 am This event is charged at £30pp to schools purchasing the silver or gold packages from HR Services for Schools. For schools that do not purchase a silver or gold package the cost is £50pp
