Welcome to the COVID-19 and Spiritual Experiences survey. We appreciate your willingness to contribute to this important research by sharing your experiences with us. The following survey is designed to help us learn about the types of spiritual and religious experiences people had while they were fighting COVID-19. This project is a collaboration between The Religious Experience Research Center at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in the UK and the Center for Mind and Culture in Boston, Massachusetts in the US.
