To all members, friends and supporters of the Parish Church of St. George, Belfast (henceforth the ‘Church’ or the ‘Parish’),

We want to communicate with members, friends and supporters of the Parish in a way that has your consent, and which is in line with the law on Data Protection.  As a result of a change in Data Protection regulation, we now need your consent as to how we contact you. We are asking all members, friends and supporters of the Parish to complete a consent form. Please only include the information you are happy for the Parish to hold on you.

If you are under 13 years of age, a parent/guardian should complete the form on your behalf.

If you are unable to complete the form yourself, your nominated representative can complete the form on your behalf, once you are happy for them to do this for you.
