That uniform. Those handcuffs.
Maybe I should put you in handcuffs.
Maybe I’d like to see you try…”

Website designer.
Bad Girl.

Chad Tucker:
Retired military.
Deputy sheriff.

And when they do... it’s electric.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! When We Kiss (stand-alone). The new cop in town is intrigued by the girl who is determined not to get caught!

“Chad Tucker is some kind of sex god with a magic snake in his pants. Andy the Anaconda.”

When We Kiss (stand-alone) opens up to new sheriff and former navy officer Chad Tucker meeting, in a nearly naked state, the town’s wild child, website designer Tabby Green. The story pretty much goes downhill from there much thanks to Tabby’s hate for stuffy law enforcement.

Fast forward a year of evil eyes and sexual tension overload, their love-hate attraction is about to explode and with it the community will shift of its axel.

Humorously and sweetly told from dual POVs, it offers the small-town feel, soul-searching, tons of steamy sex with a well-endowed hero and the spirited girl who is trying to get out of town to see the world.

This is a small town romance that sizzles and will tickle your funny bone!

Charming characters, a great setting, and a romance that is as sweet as can be! That’s what you get from the latest by Tia Louise. I laughed out loud one minute and was reduced to thigh clenching the next.

This super fun and witty small town romance works on every level. The comedy is spot on. The characters are vibrant and emotive. The main characters, Tabitha and Chad are polar opposites, but they can’t deny their off the charts chemistry.

Tabby is the local bad girl, while Chad is a straight laced police officer. Yup, ladies. He’s sexiness wrapped up in a form fitting uniform. 🔥🔥 She’s fiery, passionate, and independent, but all he wants to do is please her. Swoons the swooniest of swoons! Add to that mix the fact that he’s a HAWT alphamale and I was goner from the very start!

The secondary characters are well developed and factor significantly in the story. The small town feel is spot on. The southern flair is a great touch that I ABSOLUTELY ADORED! My favorite character stole the show. ANDY FOR THE WIN!!

So, I’ll end the gush fest by simply saying, read the book! Recommend! ❤️

I was so thrilled when I heard that Tia Louise was writing When We Kiss. Have you already read When We Touch, Emberly and Jackson’s story? Well, now, it’s Emberly’s best friend and co-worker, Tabby Green’s turn, and the hot cop she just couldn’t seem to stay away from.

WHEN WE KISS TIA LOUISE

Tabitha Green was raised by her Uncle, the town preacher. But Tabby was not cut out for her Uncle’s strict ways. She rebelled against him and thought of herself as a bad girl, a Jezebel! That’s how she got her first glimpse of the new deputy sheriff, Chad Tucker, getting caught somewhere she shouldn’t have been. Now, eighteen months later she’s started her own business, a web design company, and she’s saving up for her dream trip around the world. She wants to get out of this small town of busy bodies and see far away places.

sexy cop

Chad’s family had big plans for him which did not include moving to a small town and working as a deputy sheriff. But it’s exactly what Chad wanted and needed. He loves it here. He’s had Tabby on his mind since the first night he saw her. But he needed time to get himself together. Now he’s done waiting and wants nothing more than to show Tabby that he’s not the straight laced cop she seems to think he is. That he can be a bad boy too. Showing her how he can be a bad boy is going to be the fun part. Convincing her to give him a chance is going to be the difficult part.

“I’ve been guarded, staying out of the mix, keeping my head down. It’s almost as if I’ve been figuratively out to sea. Now it’s time to come home.”

believe with infinity sign

The last thing Tabby needs is a straight laced cop in her life. Or anything that would tie her to this town. But when he looks at her, it wakes up all sorts of things inside her. And when they kissed, she realized that she wanted more, would have to have more.

This book was just fantastic! It made me smile, sigh, and swoon (a lot.) There is no way I could not love Chad and Tabby. I loved Tabby’s relationship with her best friend, Emberly and Emberly’s little girl, Coco. Chad was every fantasy of a hot cop that you can dream up. He was caring and patient as a cop but when he’s off the clock, he can think up much better ways to use those hand cuffs.

WHEN WE KISS TIA LOUISE

Chad and Tabby were perfect together and they burned up the pages with their chemistry. I couldn’t put this book down. Once again Tia Louise has captured my heart. I definitely hope she decides to write more about these loveable characters in this small coastal community of Oceanside. But I’m pretty sure at this point that I can say with confidence that I will love anything she writes. I can’t wait to see what will come next.

“When we kiss…Everything is exactly how it should be."

This book had me handcuffed to my Kindle--I read it in one sitting because it was that good. It had everything I love in a book ... deliciously sweet romance, steamy hot sex, angst, lots and lots of humor, and the deep emotion that left me sighing. Tabby and Chad were absolutely adorable--Tabby and her bad sassy self and Chad with his sexiness, not to mention his spicy side. The chemistry between these two kept me flipping the pages until there were no more pages to flip. But I'm also smitten with Andy--he gave the story that extra pizzazz that readers will enjoy and I think he showed us that size does matter after all. (Insert laughing emoji here)

Recommendation appeared on USA Today’s Happy Ever After on September 25, 2018.

Tia Louise proves her versatility as a writer with her ability to transition from thrilling romantic suspense to laugh-out-loud romantic comedy, and When We Kiss is one of her funniest and sexiest books to date. Tabby and Chad’s enemies-to-lovers chemistry is a mesmerizing blend of adorable and fan-yourself-worthy hot. He’s the local sheriff, and she’s the town’s wild child who believes their differences make them incompatible. But Chad wholeheartedly disagrees, and he is determined to show her just how right they are together. He’s swoon-worthy in his pursuit, and their push-and-pull love story is highly entertaining and sinfully sweet. I couldn’t get enough of this fun, flirty and passionate romance. When We Kiss might be my favorite Tia Louise book yet.

When We Kiss by Tia Louise
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMG, I love this book. Tabby is raised by her uncle who is a preacher after her mother up and leaves when Tabby was three. Everyone think she will turn out like her mother the Jezebel. So Tabby is out to prove herself, but it’s not easy in a small town. Chad is the new deputy sheriff and meets Tabby when she is skinny dipping with a minor which she didn’t know was a minor. The chemistry between Tabby and Chad is instant, but Tabby refuses to act on it because he is a deputy and she has other plans. A year later Chad ask Tabby out, they had fun and the chemistry is electric when they kiss. Tabby has plans to travel the world, do they include Chad? What happens when Chad’s mom visits? Will Tabby ever believe that she is a lovable woman and wanted by Chad? The chemistry between them is sexy and smoldering hot. A must read.

~ Another gem of a sexy-hot read from Oceanside ~

Tabby Green’s first meeting of Chad Tucker, the town’s newest member AND deputy sheriff is not one of her most stellar moments. It was, however, one of the best introductions Chad could have gotten, and one he can’t seem to get out of his mind. But clearly, this town’s Miss Drool-Worthy Bad Girl is hard to pin down and seems to be avoiding him.

Speaking of avoidance, Chad knows a lot about this, which is why he is in this small town to begin with and not back home rubbing elbows with his parents and their business connections in Charleston. Learning the ropes before the Sheriff retires, Chad does his rounds and goes through the motions enjoying the pace of life there, but he is still waiting for his chance to get to know Tabby more. And once he does, he realizes she is much more than she lets others see, and he doesn’t really need to be on his best behavior with her. However, just when they are more or less on the same page and things are progressing between them, Chad’s unresolved issues and other pressures make an unwelcome return to his life, just when things are finally gelling for Tabby in a town she had always considered restrictive for her. I absolutely loved this story from beginning to end and getting the parallel peek into Emberly's life at the bakery just before Jackson re-appears back in town.

I wish I could give this book more starts...five stars is not enough!!! This is a beautiful story, it’s fast paced, funny, witty, romantic, emotional, it’s everything a good page turner book should be. The characters are brilliant and well developed, the plot is captivating and interesting. Chad is just...YUM, forget all your previous book boyfriend, Chad is in a league of his own. Tabby is a fantastic character, she is what we all want to be deep down. She’s strong, independent, funny, and does what she wants, although there are deeper feelings and demons both her and Chad need to deal with. I love Tia’s books but this book will be one of my favourite reads for a very long time.

5 Always Believe Stars
* * * * * Spoiler Free-Free!!!
Once upon a time, there was a little girl who was left to be on her own. There was no reason given and when she was old enough to ask why...People, who had the misconception of painting her with a negative righteous brush, told her things which labeled her in her mind and the community. They meant "No Harm" but the harm was done.

This girl grew up into a bright, defiant teenager, taking a stand against the assumptions and gossip her town and preacher uncle thought of her. She took the reins of her life, the rumors and stares be damned.

Now a grown woman, Tabby Green was used to how this town thought of her and she was tired of it. She was also tired of being used by a guy who whispered hot sexy things in her ear and then found him having his tongue down another woman's throat. She decides at the moment to make another bad choice and is now in a situation that just adds more fuel to the town gossip fire...

And to annoy her even more....who the hell is this new sheriff looking at her as if he wants to gobble her up...And why is she thinking that might be the best idea she's ever experienced...

Chad Tucker couldn't believe his eyes...And he needed to make himself tone down his staring... This Tabby Green was something else and holy hell, he really, really wanted part of it.

Chad had to remember why he was here in this small town. Chad was a man looking for release; release from the pain and stress of not understanding why his sister was no longer here. He wanted the release from the uptight, society pressures his family thrust on him. Coming back from his time in Marines and landing a sheriff's position in this small town was just what he desired...
But Hot Damn, he also wanted a chance with Tabby Green and she was having none of it.

For more than a year she was staying away. Chad could barely get a hello or nod. He finally got his opportunity and when it presented itself, he took full advantage.

Oh, Lordy Lordy, these two are just what the Romance Doctor Ordered. Read this and you'll be cured of any need for smokin' hot smexy times.

Chad is all Guy-Guy and Tabby knows just how to bring out the Bad Boy in him. We get all the banter, sweet and naughty all wrapped up in an Andy Dandy gift.

The best of this story, though, is all the heart. Each of these people carries pain and insecurities. Tabby had to fight all her life the labels and assumptions the town and her preacher uncle gave her. She knew she was so much more than that and believed in herself to follow her own path. She was a solid friend and wanted to live free.

Chad was someone who needed to work through his own loss. He knew what he didn't want. Tabby showed him what was important and he was able to fight for it.

Tia Louise has always delivered for me. She mixes all the standards of romance with her own special talents of giving more... more heart, more banter, fun, and outstanding smexy times. I just love her ability to give the more.

These books are stand-alone and can be read without the other... but why would you!

You would think a woman with a name of Tabby Green...
She would be all sweetness and light...
She has the credentials, a Preacher's Daughter...

Oh, what you say, that means the opposite...
Yeah... I forgot...
She's All That and Bag of Chips Bad, per the Town Biddies...

So what is Perfect Chad Tucker doing being interested in her...
He is as close to the town's Super Hero as you can get...
Has the Military Cred, now is the Deputy Sheriff...
Has no business getting close with Tabby...

But you know when Metal is near a Magnet...
And the Pull is so Strong, it Moves to Connect on its own...

Tabby and Chad try to fight the sparks and chemistry but as they say...
That's what seems to happen...

Who loves a sexy cop that isn’t arrogant or stuck on himself? Me.

Who loves a girl that does everything to turn her life around and goes after what she wants? Me.

Who loves a couple that has intense chemistry and has such an instant connection? Me.

Chad & Tabitha fight off attraction for over a year as they both get their lives back on track. Once Chad makes the first move, how will the journey go? Tabby is head strong and knows what she wants and that’s to get her business off the ground and travel the world. She isn’t looking to fall in love, men have only brought her pain and hurt in the past so she’s done with trying. What she doesn’t know is how fast and hard she’ll fall for Chad Tucker.

I adored the love story in this book, I loved the couple, I enjoyed the ending. The beginning was a little slow for me but once it picks up I was hooked. Definitely going back to Read Emberly’s book now!!!

Definitely one I recommend to you readers that love sweet and instant connections ❤️

Tia Louise, who gets better and better with every book, has created a story that spoke to every inch of my heart and every corner of my soul. Layering her savvy, sexy writing voice on top of a small-town premise seems like a sure-fire win of a combination--and it IS--but this book is more than just a winning romance. The nuances of the storytelling, relayed from both Tabby and Chad's POVs (and OMG, I never thought I'd fall in love with a hero named Chad, but this hunk had me at whiskey eyes), as well as Ms. Louise's intrinsic dedication to each character's voice and back story, work with a cast of secondary characters to move along a beautiful, layered story of two people overcoming their fears not just to fall in love, but to be better humans for each other. An absolutely unforgettable read.

Likable MCs, manwhore and doormat were absent in this story - always a pleasant surprise 😉

Safe. No slut-shaming!!!!! No OW drama, maybe a bit and very short, but his ex was a decent woman, who already moved on and supported H's new love. They did NOT trash his ex - incredible, like an unicorn among countless books with evil exes, who beared the guilt of H's shitty actions -> BS!!! Respect, that this author didn't take the easy trope and avoided many popular CR tropes incl. slut-shaming and trashing H's ex!!!

I would rate it even higher, but.... the Anaconda 😖😖😖... Aaaaaaaa..... It's how the h called hero's dick.... Andy the Anaconda 🙄🙄🙄. Plus indirect promotion of Mangum condoms..... 🙄🙄🙄

Anaconda... 😂🤣😂
Maybe it was an element of comedy setting? 🤔😉

description~WRITING - PLOT - PACE~
This book was just so damn sweet. I adored (almost) every little thing about it. It was well written. It was well paced, and I was never bored or felt the need to skim. The plot was entertaining. It was humorous. It was sweet. It was sexy. Last, it was all wrapped up in a lovely little bow of an epilogue.

~HERO~
CHAD...What can I say about Chad? He was pretty much a perfect book boyfriend. An ex-military man turned small town cop. He was sexy as f-ck. He was sweet but knew when to be a bad boy. He had the patience of a saint, and he was all about Tabby. What more could you ask for?

~HEROINE~
TABBY...I probably would have given this book 5-Stars if it hadn't been for Tabby. For the most part, I liked her character a lot. She was feisty. She was sassy. She was funny. She was a good friend. That said, she just kind of grated on my nerves a wee bit when it came to some of her interactions with Chad, and how every time her Uncle said anything to her she overreacted. It was just a tiny niggle though and didn't affect the way I felt about the story overall.

description

~SECONDARY CHARACTERS~
This book had SO many excellent secondary characters. I really want to read more about Emberly and Coco. I guess this book takes place before her and Jackson's book WHEN WE TOUCH since she is all on her own in this one. I also got a kick out of Jimmy (a bad boy in the making?), and I would love to hear more about André. I even felt a bit sorry for Daisy (although as a heroine might be a hard sell unless she didn't actually sleep with Tabby's ex).

~HEAT LEVEL~
High. There were quite a few sex scenes in this one and they were suitable smokin'. Nothing too kinky though, just handcuffs.

~ANGST LEVEL - SEXUAL HISTORIES~
LOW. This wasn't a particularly angsty read. The couple had a few ups and downs, but nothing over the top. Like I mentioned above, it was a pretty sweet and easy peasy type of read. Somewhat insta (although they meet and don't start dating until a year passes). Neither were virgins (thank god). There really wasn't much mention of the hero's sexual past. He didn't come off like a manwhore, nor was it mentioned if he had slept with any other women in the year between meeting the heroine and starting to date her. It was MY impression that he hadn't since he mentions he was taking the time to get his life together. Same goes for the heroine. There wasn't any OW or OM drama either.

~IN THE END~
Did I enjoy it? YES!
Was it perfect? Pretty damn close.
Would I recommend it? Yes.
What type of readers would enjoy this book? I think this one would perfect for those that like their romances sweet and drama free. As well as those that like their heroes charming and their heroines sassy.
This one gets two HUGE thumbs up from yours truly.description

When We Kiss made me feel so good. I was entertained and deeply engrossed in Tabby and Deputy Chad Tucker’s story. All thanks to Tia Louise and her flawless and captivating storytelling.
The first chapter sets the tone. Bam! I was hooked. Tabby and Chad’s connection and chemistry popped or should I say sparks flew everywhere. I felt it down to my toes. These two characters are so much fun and complements each other perfectly.

Tabby is a woman who doesn’t give a damn and if she does she tries to hide it. She’s a rebellious woman and I enjoyed that about her but also that she could admit to her faults.
The only family she has besides her Uncle ,who’s a preacher, is her best friend Emberly and her daughter Coco. These three girls are family. Their love and support was beautiful. I’d already read Emberly’s book When We Touch so I knew of their friendship but for some reason I got a deeper connection in this book. These girls rock.

Deputy Chad Tucker. Swoon alert! Damn that man was fine. More than fine. Such a kind, sweet man with good heart and a dirty mouth in bed. Yummy and Tabby approved too. I enjoyed his life story and why he chose to move to Oceanside. He doesn’t want to change Tabby because of some of her inappropriate choices but lets her be her. The fabulous and outspoken Tabby.

They come together and magic happens. Whether they just talked or were making eyes at each other I felt it. I just needed them around each other all the time because of their chemistry but also because they’re so much fun. I had fun with Tabby and Chad. My heart also hurt for them.
The author Tia Louise didn’t throw any unnecessary drama their way but let these two wonderful characters shine and focused on them. Where the magic was.
The epilogue was just icing on this delicious and incredible cake. Talk about a book that made me feel everything and left me so content. That’s why I read.

I loved Jackson, but that was before I met Chad.
A sexy cop and the town "bad girl".
Tabby's always tried to buck the system, to an extent. She's not all the small minds in town try to make her out to be. One thing she is though is afraid to get close to someone.
Chad is the new cop in town. He seems like a squeaky clean Captain America kind of guy but there's so much more to him than meets the eye.
These two were explosive together! I love Tabby's mouth, the lip she gives anyone who dares put her down. I love a strong heroine an she's definitely that!
Their story is sweet and filthy, fast and hard, that's what makes it great!

When We Kiss was super, super sweet! It was a small-town romance about a delusional girl and a hot AF deputy. Tabby was the local 'bad girl' who wasn't all that bad. If she's what's being called 'bad' nowadays, I'm downright wicked. Chad was the 'good guy' with a seriously naughty filling. He wasn't as 'good' as he looked. He was a man of the law, but that didn't mean he didn't have an edge to him. And Tabby was more than attracted to everything he had to offer.

The characters were extremely likeable, especially Chad. I can't get enough of a man in uniform and he rocked the heck out of his. He was so respectful and kind and very easy to fall for. This author always does an incredible job of creating the perfect hero and Chad was no exception. This story is for anyone looking for a new book boyfriend with a story low on angst and high on romance. It's one you'll definitely enjoy!

Tabby is a wild child alway has and alway will be. But she doesn't care. Life has been easy and in some it's still throwing things at her. It did throw a sexy gorgeous deputy in her life as well. Who she couldn't get out of her mind from the first time she saw him a year ago. But she wasn't goin to go there even though everything in her was telling her she could be happy with someone like Chad Tucker. But Tabby had plans and she was sticking to them even though she was starting to find the sexy deputy hard to resist.

Chad is smoking hot everything about him is great. He is so caring and look after the people in Oceanside. He hasn't been in Oceanside long just over a year but he has settled and has started to like to small town life. A certain wild sexy woman makes it a lil bit easier. He just needed a bit longer to sort his head out before he finally did his chasing it wasn't goin to be easy but he want Tabby Green no matter what it took.

This book is brilliant I really enjoyed it. There was everything in it drama angst humour and some sexiness. Tabby and Chad were great together. I loved how she would make in work for it even though she was dying to be with him. The banter they had together was good and they were so hot together. Chad really let himself go it was great to see a different side to him and it just made him even hotter. I like the characters in this there are so crazy ones that had me in stitches throughout the whole. For a small town it had some crazy in it. I really enjoy this author she can write anything. I 've read every book but her story no matter what it is just keep getting better and better. I would highly recommend this book I couldn't get enough of the story and the characters. Everything about this book was great. I laughed at part and was sad in parts both characters had been through some hard times. They mite be chalk and cheese but they suited each other so much it's what made it a book great to read I luvd it. I m looking forward to seeing what this author does next I can't wait.

“Everything changes when we kiss.”

Tia Louise never fails at bringing a huge smile to my face with her SWEET and SEXY romances! When We Kiss is a scorching HOT, enemies-to-lovers standalone romance based in a small town between the town’s bad girl and the deputy sheriff. Doesn’t that sound right up your alley? Low angst, a HIGH heat factor, and romance seeping off of every single page, Tia’s latest standalone gave me all the feels…all the time! I couldn’t put it down! Tabby and Chad are so damn cute together. The banter was EVERYTHING in this book! Will the small town cop be able to tame the town’s wild child? You’ll have to find out…although, it’s safe to say he does all right for himself. Make sure you grab your copy of this MUST READ ROMANCE and find out just who the bad influence really is!

Nothing special. Strong 3.5*
Cute, funny, and hot when needs to be.
I almost dnf when I reached 28%(or near for it) bc nothing really happened. Yea they started dating and felt some attraction for each other that I couldn't feel - at all. Also, I did not like Tabby at the beginning, she was so irritating. But Chad was a sweet, caring cop who really helped me to keep my eyes on the pages so somehow I reached half of the book. That was when I started to enjoy their chemistry, and realize Tabby is not so bad.
Overall it was a decent read.

🌟🌟🌟1/2

It was an okay read. Nothing special. Tabby worked hard to overcome her parentage. She had a goal of seeing the world and then of course she met a man. Chad joined the Navy and got to do his traveling before he met Tabby. He didn't ask her to stay in Oceanside with him, but after she fell in love with him, what choice did she have? She was knocked up within a few months, all be it happily. There was just something in me rooting for her to go on with her plan and travel. Why does her plans have to be changed?

I know, I know... the author smoothed the sting by giving her a few free travel vouchers to appease her wanderlust and both her and Chad go on a trip. But we all know the rest of those vouchers won't be used now that she's breeding. That's just how life goes. So, I was a little disappointed.

Safety: He forgets the condom during a half asleep romp. They have an STD discussion, but no real details about ex's. Tabby said it was okay he forgot a condom, but she never said she was on the pill or anything. Since we know she gets knocked up, I'm assuming she wasn't.

3.5 rounded up.

This is well-written book. A very well-written book. I loved Tabby and Chad, their romance was sweet, hot and adorable.

BUT...

Do romances really have to take the sacrifice-your-dreams-for-man-and-baby turn? Still? In 2019? I'm so over that. After everything Tabby went through to be independent and strong, it just left a sour taste in my mouth. Along with the portrayal of that single, older woman who traveled and was independent as this aging sexual deviant, I was so disappointed.

Listen, I get everyone has their different warm and fuzzies when it comes to tropes and usually I'm all for that. I guess I just loved these characters so much I was expecting more. We did get a and while I can get behind compromise, because, hey, that's life, the ending left a bad taste in my mouth.

That doesn't mean it's not a great book, it's just means I believe it could have been so much more.

Known as the bad girl in their little town, Tabby does nothing to dissuade the moral upright citizens of their belief. When she is caught breaking into the motel’s pool area she’s prepared to play it to the hilt until she lays eyes on the new sheriff’s deputy. A year later and on the path that leads to financial success and plans to travel the world, she absolutely refuses to let Chad Tucker, aka hot deputy, derail her agenda.

Chad has had his eyes on Tabby from the first night he saw her in her wet, transparent bra and panties. However, getting his crap together was the first thing he had to do but a run in with the wild child has him itching to make a connection with her. He’s living the life he’s worked for and has found contentment in Oceanside, so what better time to make a move on Tabitha Green.

This was such a great romance! Chad was the perfect hero. He was sensitive to the struggles Tabby dealt with and made sure to handle her with care in fear of chasing her away. I loved that she was always on his mind and once he took a step to make her his, he couldn’t stay away. While Tabby was labeled the bad girl, I really didn’t see her as being bad. She did deliberately say things to give all appearances that she was, but she had every right to fight against the powers that had raised her. Behind the tough girl image was a woman who needed assurance she would never be left behind.

I really enjoyed everything about this book. The humor was light but perfect, the citizens of Oceanside added to the feel of a small town community, and Tabby’s best friend’s daughter was absolutely adorable. When a major conflict arose my heart clinched as this couple each struggled to deal with it in their own ways. Despite that bit of angst, the rest of the story is relatively low drama and high heat. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t love about Tabby and Chad and this incredibly entertaining read!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book without compensation. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Tia Louise has captured ALL my favorite romance elements, packaged them up, and titled it When We Kiss. I’m crazy about this swoony small-town romance! This author knows how to reach in and hit the feels button. Once I started, there was no stopping. I devoured each scene like the most delicious meal, until every bite was enjoyed. I’m left soaring on a euphoric high, totally satisfied.

Where are all the hot cops in my town? For real. I’d love for Deputy Tucker to check in on my shop each day. Chad is the standard for all-American, good guy hero. He is sweet, dedicated, respectful, loyal, extremely good looking, and very well hung. Get ready to meet Andy! I love how patient Chad is with Tabby, never giving up on what he wants. He has it all.

Tabby is very relatable to me. She’s real and honest and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. I love her wild streak that’s just the right amount of reckless. Tabby tips the scale with sassy flare and I want to be her bestie. She’s ready to prove everyone who’s ever doubted wrong, and does a dang good job of it. She’s driven and focused and isn’t planning to let anything get in her way.

Chad and Tabby are incineration personified. Whenever they’re in the same room, electrical current surges between them and sets the scene on fire. The build-up was fantastic and perfectly played. Their dynamic kept me enthralled and devoted to the journey. I couldn’t wait to find out how everything was resolved.

Page after page, I was sucked deeper into this whimsical tale. From pesky Betty Pepper to the high-top cliffs, I love the town of Oceanside. Tia created a phenomenal place for this bunch of vibrant characters. She’s one of my favorite authors and somehow keeps getting better. I hope everyone reads When We Kiss!

One of my favourites of 2018 - 6 star read for me!!

This is one of those stories that had me smiling from the first page to the last. Books like this are why I enjoy reading romance. Straight into my 2018 Favourites ❤️

Chad is book boyfriend perfection and Tabitha (Tabby) is my kind of heroine - smart, funny & full of sass. I loved that we got both POVs & that the characters were honest & less than perfect.

This small town story touches on some tough subjects but does it all in a way that has you nodding your head and cheering for the characters. Plenty of full on LOL moments, AMAZING chemistry and beautifully written dialogue made this a winner for me. Definitely recommend.

I received an arc of this book.

This was HOT HOT HOT!
The only issue I had with this was at times, I felt like the sexy times were overshadowing the budding relationship. But I’ve been a fan of Tia’s for a while and I’m still a fan now. I can’t wait to read more from her.

Thank you to Tia and Happily Ever Insta for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
