The Irish Homebuilders’ Association recently delivered a number of nationwide workshops to discuss challenges and opportunities for residential delivery in each region.
Members had the opportunity to provide insights into the current issues affecting them locally, and to offer views on how to address issues such as supply and affordability.
The workshops provided members with up to date information on all housing and planning issues, ensuring that companies are up to date with changes in legislation and regulation.
Each session featured practical information on various topics including ‘Housing for All’, Planning & Development, Building Regulations, Finance, Utilities, MMOC, C&D Waste & CIRI, as well as Q&A sessions with expert panels.
