How to contact the Digital Service Centre

We recommend using the following options available in the IT Support - Digital Services portal.

  • For "How to?" queries we recommend you ask Felix or search Self-Help in the first instance where you may find the answer to your question.
  • If you need to speak to us at a specific time please use Make Appointment.
  • To request a service or product or report something broken with our Digital Services and Products please log an incident with us using Raise a ticket and choosing the category you need.
  • If you don't find the answer to your question then Ask a 'How to' Question in our Something Else Category in Raise a ticket.
