International Researchers Consortium Workshop at CCCC 2023

Note: If your proposal has more than one author, please fill out a separate Google form response for Questions 1-7 for each author, using the same proposal title for all.   The actual proposal information in Questions 8-13 only needs to be entered for one author, however.   This way we will be able to match multiple authors with their project.
