Leuk dat jullie je aanmelden voor onze jaarlijkse Lampionnen- en Halloweentocht! Ons feestje vindt plaats op vrijdag 4 november 2022 vanaf 17.00 uur.

Een aantal opmerkingen voor je je aanmeldt:
• Geef minimaal twee tijdsvakken aan waarin je kan vertrekken; wij zullen je in een groep indelen. Bij maar één gekozen tijdsvak loop je het risico dat je naar onze mogelijkheden wordt ingedeeld.
• Mocht je samen met andere ouders/kinderen willen lopen, meld je dan samen aan. Wij kunnen niet garanderen dat je samen wordt ingedeeld, maar we zullen hier wel ons best voor doen!
• Wij sturen je een betaalverzoek voor de betaling, let er dus op dat je je juiste e-mailadres achterlaat. Pas na betaling is je aanmelding voltooid en kun je deelnemen op 4-11-2022.
• De bijdrage voor deze avond bedraagt €6,50 per volwassene, voor kinderen is toegang gratis (eten + drinken + deelname tocht + warme chocomel). Muntjes voor drinken voor volwassenen zijn €0,80 en deze kun je ter plekke kopen en alleen met pin betalen.
• Wij laten je in de week van de Lampionnen- en Halloweentocht weten in welke groep je bent ingedeeld en hoe laat jouw Lampionnen- of Halloweentocht vertrekt. Houd je mail dus in de gaten!
Great that you are joining us for the annual Lantern- and Halloween event! Our event takes place on Friday, November 4th 2022, from 5.00pm.

A few remarks before you sign up:
• Please indicate clearly a minimum of two time frames from which time you are available to join the tour. We will assign you to a group.
• If you want to join the tour with other parents or children, please indicate this clearly. We can't give any guarantees that you can join together, but we will try our best to accomodate your preference.
• We will send you a payment link, so make sure you write down the correct e-mailaddress. Only after payment your registration is complete and you can join the tour at the 4th of November.
• We ask for a small contribution for the event of €6,50 for adults, kids can join for free. This includes taking part in the tour, a foodvoucher and hot chocolate. Coins for drinks can be bought at the event and cost €0,80. You can pay these by card only.
• Some days before the event takes place, we will inform you via e-mail what group and start time we have assigned you to. Please keep an eye on your e-mail!
