Will you be part of the staff team delivering the programme in your school? *
Delivering Bite Back in Schools requires commitment from more than one member of staff.

The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the assembly and whole year-group sessions are delivered, and liaising with all staff in your school who will run the whole year group sessions. They will also be Bite Back's main point of contact throughout the year and will ensure the School Food Champions (SFC) team are supported in their social action campaign.

The SFC Lead Teacher will run the weekly SFC extracurricular club sessions.

The same person can take on both roles, but if that is the case we require a second contact from your school in case the Coordinator is not able to continue with the role. At least one contact at each school should be SLT. We will gather the detail of your second contact during the enrolment process.

In no more than 100 words, please tell us why you are interested in taking part in Bite Back in Schools?

Bite Back in Schools takes a whole-school approach to improving child health through food. It involves an assembly delivered by Bite Back, five sessions delivered by your staff in PSHE, Citizenship or tutor groups in term 1 for a whole year group, and a weekly extra curricular club for 10-15 KS3 students delivered by your staff in terms 2 and 3.

We will discuss the full details of the programme and answer any questions in our enrolment process, but we want to make you aware of the programme requirements from the outset so that you can begin discussions in your school about how best to embed the assembly and whole year group sessions in curriculum time.

Do you feel your school is able to make this commitment?
