Free to Speak: Reforming the Higher Education Act
Join us in calling on Congress to protect freedom of speech and association in the Higher Education Act. We believe  public colleges and universities should lose eligibility for Title IV federal student loans and grants when they violate the First Amendment. And we believe  private colleges and universities should be transparent about their speech and association policies.

On Monday, April 22, we will make the statement and its signatories public. We will send a copy to all members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, the House Education and Labor Committee, and to President Trump.
