Johanna Tuohino has wide experience and expertise in technology and agreements, especially in data driven cybersecurity, electronic communications and data protection matters. In addition, she advises clients in data and technology intensive transactions and litigations.

Johanna advises international and domestic clients in legal aspects relating to the development and commercialization of technologies with a particular emphasis on data security and risk management in digital environment.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Johanna has worked as an in-house legal counsel at senior level in a technology company. She has also gained exposure to the public sector and been employed as a civil servant in the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and in a regulatory authority of the telecom sector.

Johanna is also a doctoral student at the University of Helsinki focusing on European law and quality of legislation in regulation of digitalisation and digital services.
