Á reglulegum landsfundi skal kjósa til tveggja ára sem hér segir:

a. Stjórn flokksins: (aðra en formann þingflokks og formann sveitarstjórnarráðs); formann flokksins (nema viðhöfð sé allsherjaratkvæðagreiðsla), varaformann, ritara, gjaldkera flokksins og formann framkvæmdastjórnar hvern um sig sérstaklega og í ofangreindri röð.

b. Framkvæmdastjórn: Sex fulltrúa og sex til vara. Atkvæðaseðill er ekki gildur nema kosnir séu a.m.k. sex fulltrúar og er ógildur ef kosnir eru fleiri en tólf fulltrúar. Þau sex sem flest atkvæði hljóta teljast réttkjörnir aðalfulltrúar. Næstu sex sem hljóta næstflest atkvæði án þess að ná kjöri sem aðalfulltrúar teljast réttkjörnir varafulltrúar.

c. Þrjátíu fulltrúa í flokksstjórn.

d. Formann laganefndar, (framkvæmdastjórn skipar aðra tvo fulltrúa í stjórn laganefnd eftir landsfund).

e. fimm fulltrúa í stjórn verkalýðsmálaráðs

At regular National Assembly, elections shall be held for two years as follows:

a. The party's board: (other than the chairman of the parliamentary party and the chairman of the local government council); the chairman of the party (unless a referendum is held), the vice-chairman, the secretary, the party's treasurer and the chairman of the executive committee separately and in the above order.

b. Executive committee: Six representative and six deputy. A ballot paper is not valid unless at least six representative are elected and is invalid if more than twelve members are elected. The six who receive the most votes are considered to be duly elected main representatives. The next six who receive the next most votes without being elected as the main representatives are considered to be duly elected deputy representatives.

c. Thirty members to the party representative group.

d. Chairman of the Law Committee, (the executive committee appoints two other members to the board of the Law Committee after the national meeting).

e. five members to the board of Trade Unions
