This 1-hour online session will be a participatory workshop on the foundations of communication in online, physical, and hybrid interactions. We will discuss Audience, Intention, and Message (AIM*) using your own context and calendar. As we are usually a bit narcissistic, this approach helps us put the focus on others’ needs. Once we know the message(s), we then need to decide on the medium – to bring our body to work. The session covers a lot of material, so if you would like to get the most out of it, pick a real (or fictional) lesson /meeting /keynote from your upcoming calendar and answer the following beforehand:

“Who will be there?”

“What do they want, or why are they coming to hear me or to speak with me?”
