The collection of responses to the consultation has now concluded. Stay tuned for the launch of the #EngineeringChange at the COP28 climate summit in Dubai.

Around the world, people and ecosystems are being threatened by the climate crisis, and many have already experienced significant, devastating consequences. The engineering field is critical to building a sustainable and resilient future where everyone can thrive. Young engineers, in particular, are instrumental in driving the urgent changes we need. As the future leaders of the profession, they will determine how engineering firms address issues of sustainability and resilience in years to come.

The International Coalition for Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI) and the World Federation of Engineering Organizations Young Engineers / Future Leaders Working Group on Climate Action (WFEO SDG13) are developing the #EngineeringChange campaign, which aims to empower a coalition of young engineers to participate in sustainable development through initiatives including the development of resources, capacity-building initiatives, media content, and more - to lead the change.
