The ESB is going to start soon Working Groups (WG) soon: communities of ESB members that promote and advance knowledge in specific areas of research within the field of biomechanics. Each WG will have one chair and at least 5 members. (After collecting this information the Council will facilitate the formation of the WGs. The WG will report back to the council and community once per year) 

The ESB council is planning to facilitate a mentoring scheme between junior and senior members. 

Mentors are important for advising early career researchers on their career plan, networking, etc.

We expect the mentors and mentees would organise themselves a meeting every 3-6 months. 

We encourage members at any career stage to apply.

We particularly encourage members from minorities and under-represented groups to participate.
