We are seeking your views on extending the well-being duty on 8 named devolved public bodies in Part 2 of the Act.

Consultation description

We are consulting on:

  • the 8 public bodies to which we propose extending the well-being duty
  • guidance and support that these proposed public bodies may need and the implications on their resources
  • sharing the experiences of existing public bodies currently subject to the well-being duty
