We want your views on amendments to the rules for the conduct of elections to Senedd Cymru (formerly known as the National Assembly for Wales).
Consultation description
This order reflects the changes to the franchise, disqualification and naming arrangements made by the Senedd and Elections (Wales) Act 2020.
It also makes various other changes to the 2007 order in relation to matters such as returning officers’ charges and the right of candidates at Senedd Cymru elections to request that their home address not be made public.
