Stream Reasoning COST Proposal

First, I would like to thank Konsatin for more than a year of considerable effort to coordinate the proposal preparation team including Thomas, Emanuele and I. 

Then, on behalf of the team, I also would like to thank Josi, Jean-Paul, Daniele, Axel, Jeff and many others who help with editing content and recruiting more participants to the proposal.

 I personally thank you to whom were patient with me in the last few weeks for a little bit pushy for inputs and registrations.

I myself found very excited by the fact that our network has grown to 70 participants in more than 30 countries which have links to more than 50 EU and national projects in most of European countries. I believed many more could have joined if there weren't the disruptions during the summer, but I think the door is still open if the proposal gets through.
