We have an opportunity available at Open Door based in Stockport! Working in partnership with Stockport CCG and Mental Health Matters, Making Space have launched a 24 hour Mental Health Service within Stockport. The people of Stockport are now able to access fast mental health and wellbeing support tailored to their own unique needs.

The Role:
As Recovery Worker you will provide compassionate, person-centred and recovery focused care and support, which enables people to build their resilience, coping strategies and ability to self-manage their wellbeing. You will undertake partnership working, signposting and onwards referrals so that people attending the service can access all of the specialist, universal and targeted support.
You will have a working knowledge and understanding of diversity of mental health conditions and will be qualified to a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
