Doe Boy Drops 15-Track 'Streetz Need Me 2' Album
Featuring Futura, Young Thug, Lil’ Durk and more.
After reuniting with Future for a music video and single as part of the promotional campaign for his latest studio project, Cleveland-born rapper Doe Boy has released his new album entitled Streetz Need Me 2. As the follow-up to his 2016 Streetz Need Me, the 15-track LP features collaborations with Young Thug, Lil Durk, YG and more.
Over a heavy bass, Doe Boy raps about life on the streets and truthfully discusses how he grew up. Highlights of the project include the Mighty B-produced single titled “Skip Skool” and “Too Playa,” featuring Gunna. On his first Streetz Need Me release, Doy Boy said, “When I say the streets need me, they need a n***a like me that can talk about it…Everything you hear in these songs isn’t just turn-up music for a Friday, it’s reality. Every n***a around me really is like that.”
