Testimonials

I am immensely grateful for the outstanding support I received from the Jobshop Team. Their dedication and expertise played a pivotal role in securing a rewarding temporary position at the International Marketing and Recruitment Unit at the University of Kent, which was very supportive towards my cost of living expenses and UK job experience. The Jobshop Team's guidance and commitment to my success have been invaluable, and I highly recommend their services to fellow Kent students seeking meaningful part-time employment opportunities.

Jobshop is a brilliant service and I cannot recommend them any more highly than I do, the team have been excellent and supportive in helping me find part-time work.

Jobshop is an employability service for students, which allows you to work part time alongside university. As I study marketing, I wanted a position that would develop my career and allow me to expand my experience. I saw Jobshop advertising a Business Development assistant role, and thought that would be great, the contract was only temporary which I was a little wary about however I still wanted the experience.

Through this role I was able to develop my business, design and marketing skills. When the temporary contract ended, due to the skills I had shown, I then transferred over to the Marketing and Events team, where I set up fun events for students and designed different artworks for the websites. Through both these roles I was able to develop amazing skills which has now led to a full time role as a Business Development Executive and has secured my future. I would recommend Jobshop to students as it can lead to a variety of experience and there is the potential of securing a full-time position after you graduate.

I'm very grateful for the opportunities your team has given to me, Jobshop provided my first real job and one of your assignments led me to getting my current job with the Uni so my thanks to you all.
