5K Your Way Move Against Cancer

Boston's 5KYW and Lincoln 5KYW invite anyone who is living with cancer, families, friends and health care professionals to join them once a month to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a 5K Your Way, Move against Cancer group linked to a local parkrun.

New Colorectal Cancer Support Group to launch in Lincoln & Boston

Lincolnshire Colorectal Team would like to introduce their new support group that welcomes patients and their relatives following a colorectal diagnosis.

This group has been set up to help provide holistic support, a chance to share experiences and connect with other patients going through similar experiences. There are no booking requirements and individuals can attend and leave at any point throughout sessions.

The group will meet on the first Tuesday of every month from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. at alternate locations. Lincoln and Boston

Are you an unpaid / family carer in Lincolnshire and want to make a difference for others?

Would you like to share your lived experiences and views on how to improve the carers personal budget process, the challenges faced, and the impact that a carers personal budget can have on providing support.

Every-One supporting Lincolnshire County Council is reviewing the current situation regarding carers personal budgets to identify what improvements can be made.

Next meeting is on Monday 29th April 2024 between 1800 - 2000 with an option to meet in person. Please contact co-production@every-one.org.uk or call 01522 811582 for further information
