Join I-LOFAR and special guest Dr Niamh Shaw to celebrate Engineers Week with a deep dive into engineering for space exploration.

_____________________________________________________________________________________

Niamh Shaw is an engineer, scientist, artist, performer and hopeful future space resident. With her vast experience and knowledge of all things space and space exploration, Niamh will chat about the engineering necessary for humans to travel and live outside of Earth – from the International Space Station and our Moon to further destinations, including Mars.

We will explore the scientific and technological advances that make life beyond our home planet possible.

This free event will include an opportunity for attendees to participate in a Q&A session with Niamh Shaw.
