About

I am a Philosopher of Political Economy, and a Research Fellow in the Philosophy & Ethics Group at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Netherlands. My fellowship research project, “Understanding Responsibility in the Ecosystems of Technical Universities,” examines how universities respond to grand social challenges, interact with government policy, and contribute to the public good. The project is funded by the European Commission (Horizon 2020, BoostEuroTeQ).

Prior to my time at Eindhoven, I was based at University College London, where I received my PhD. Situated within the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, my research was supervised by Mariana Mazzucato, as well as Véronique Munoz-Dardé and Rainer Kattel. Before my PhD, I took an MPhil (2017) and a BA (2016) in Philosophy, both at the University of Cambridge.
