The IHBC has posted new, and open Membership Application Training Event (MATE) sessions, with places at these 3-hour online accreditation guidance sessions offered on a ‘first come’ basis, with CPD certificates and 1-year ‘taster’ membership to non-members.
Ramona Usher, as IHBC’s Professional Development Officer, leads the MATE programme for the IHBC with the assistance of colleagues and volunteers.
Ramona said: ‘Covid certainly presented a new way of working, but we found a virtual formula that worked and allowed us to ‘meet’ a wide range of members with delightful and varied backgrounds and experiences.’
‘I enjoy opening Context and recognising names of MATE attendees who have been successful in their applications for Affiliate and Full membership.’
