ORE Catapult was established in 2013 to deliver the UK’s largest clean growth opportunity by accelerating the creation and growth of UK companies in offshore renewable energy. It is part of a network of Catapults set up by Innovate UK in high growth industries.
Ten years ago, installed capacity stood at 3.5GW and this is predicted to be over 14GW by March this year. We are proud to be playing our part in the offshore renewable revolution and some of the ways we have helped grow the sector across the UK and tap into the huge economic potential are highlighted below.
