Dashed hopes. Hoping it would be easier to pay my bill, I hop on to the app, only to see extra charges. Showmax is added. I never asked for showmax. I think, no problem, I can always remove. Nope. Nothing on the app to remove these extra charges I never asked for. I see the live chat option and think perfect, I can get help. No again. First, wait time is oddly longer than expected. Second, I now have to go onto Showmax website to remove something I never added. No offer to do it. Disappointing!

This used to be a great app before the upgrade, you could update and downgrade packages at will. Now is doesn't work at all I gave it a 2 because of past experiences otherwise it sucks now always say service not available contact us and once you use add-ons option you won't be able to remove it by your self. I hope the fix the app coz it's pointless now. The best experience is to contact the customer care for any service.

Never works, always busy. The only time I've been able to use this app successfully is when changing my subscription. That was many years ago when I needed more channels. Many times it doesn't load, and when it does, every other button clicked has "BUSY PROCESSING... We're currently processing your request... OK, GOT IT... ***Please check again later or retry... Still Stuck? Chat to Us"
