The app itself is actually quite good! But.....the service of PostNL has deteriorated so fast, the app has become useless. Never, I mean never, a packet is delivered according the track and trace information in the app. Other shipping companies like DHL and GLS do NOT have these issues. Try to avoid being dependent on PostNL for important stuff!

I don't understand how to invent an app without giving the option to set the default language to English. I frequently track parcels from NL to GER and the app only allows two language options: NL and BE. Please consider updating the app so all non-native NL speakers are able to know what's going on. Especially with all these pop ups occuring when entering the app - I just can click anything and hope the pop ups disappear and nothing is going to happen with the parcel already entered.

Excellent app, super convenient, and mostly easy to use if you understand basic Dutch. I wish there was an option to set the language to English and to look at your verzendingen the same way you can see upcoming deliveries so you don't need to use track and trace on a web browser. it would also be good to be able to see a log of past deliveries and verzendingen. I love the cute seasonal elements, adds personality. :)
