SIT-Up, stand up! Two outstanding 2018 Edinburgh Fringe shows in one day for £20
For the first time in our five years at Park Theatre, we are super excited to host two of the hottest plays from the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe.
SIT-Up Sunday on 28 October provides a London platform for two plays commended in their debut year at the Fringe: And Before I Forget I Love You, I Love You by Pip Utton and the 2018 SIT-Up Award-winner Dangerous Giant Animals by Christina Murdock.
Our Artistic Director Jez Bond sat on the panel for the SIT-Up Awards this year and having been 'moved to laughter and tears' was compelled and delighted to give 'an opportunity for a London audience to see these powerful, punchy and vital plays'. Standing for Social Impact Theatre, the SIT-Up Awards were recently launched at the Edinburgh Fringe to reward and support theatre to achieve greater social impact. |
