On 4 June, we issued a consultation on the enduring process for incorporating Issue Resolution Proposals (IRPs) and Non GBCS Non Mandated (NGNM) Alerts into the SEC.
We have worked with the DCC and BEIS to develop an enduring process for progressing approved IRPs and NGNM Alerts into the SEC in an efficient way. This consultation sets out our proposed approach. We welcome your comments to help shape this before it is finalised and put in place.
