Social Care Training Service

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust are delighted to bring a new service to Somerset offering face-to-face training and competency assessment on clinical skills. These include Basic Catheter Care, Simple Wound Care, Stoma Care, Front of Mouth Suctioning, Nebuliser Care and Support, Urinary Sheath Care and Subcutaneous Injections (Pre-filled).

We are accessible to all carers regularly performing the skills mentioned above and anyone can refer in using the form attached. Carers include relatives, care agency staff, care home staff, micro-providers & patients/clients.
