Your key responsibilities:
• You will work on various Audit engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader.
• Effectively completing Audit processes with appropriate consideration of Audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
• Working with a variety of clients to establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive learning and diverse culture by coaching and counselling junior team members.
• Ensure an exceptional client service, quality and delivery, in line with our commitment to quality.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high quality outcomes, in agreed delivery projects’ times.
We are looking for exceptional talents who demonstrate:
• An application and solution-based approach to problem solving
• Critical thinking and a structured, analytical approach to surface issues
• Willingness to grow and advance investing in a professional qualification (ACCA, JES, ACA, SOEL)
• Passion to provide high quality services to our clients
• Ability to formulate reasonable judgements and conclusions
• High work ethics combined with commercial awareness
To qualify for the role you must have:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as an accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
