Harrow Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' service, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We provide a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed in the borough of Harrow.

If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by giving us a call, sending us an email, or using our online self-referral form. Or if you prefer, you can ask your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to us. If English is not your first language we will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.

You are eligible for this service if you live, work, study and/or are registered with a GP in the borough of Harrow – to check where your GP is, use the service finder on NHS Choices, here

Read more about self-referring to our service below, or go straight to the Harrow self-referral form by clicking the "Self-refer to Harrow" button.
